Salman Khan lost his temper during Amrita Arora and Shakeel Ladak's wedding today in Mumbai. The man was asked just one question as to whether he had patched up with Shah Rukh Khan.

This infuriated the actor so much that he decided to leave the ceremony instantly. Some onlookers say that he took an auto-rickshaw and left the place.

Salman is the one and the only true muscleman of Indian film industry and the surest way for any Bollywood producer to get him a hit even when every other film at the box office is a flop.

The man who has spent around two decades in India’s booming film industry as the top ranking actor has given some most successful films to the Bollywood.

The list of Salman Khan’s hits are long, indeed very long. Some super duper films of Bollywood have him in the lead role. Be it Maine Pyar Kiya, Saajan, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Tere Naam. The list seems endless. He is such an energetic man and the most envied bachelor in the Indian cinema.

The indefatigable Salman Khan made his acting debut in the year 1988. His first film was Biwi Ho To Aisi. He played a supporting role in the film. The first film where he played the lead actor was Maine Pyar Kiya that catapulted him to the big league of Indian cinema.

His film Hum Aapke Hain Kaun released in the year 1994 went on to become the greatest hits of Bollywood grossing more than Rs 650 million. Apart from being a commercial success, the film was widely acclaimed and Khan was praised for his performance, earning his second nomination for Best Actor at the Filmfare.

Salman earlier this year hosted one of the most hyped Television show Dus Ka Dum. The show had Rs 100 million as the prize money. The show proved that he is also a god television host besides being a good actor. But Salman Khan embarrassed himself earlier this year when he broke a fight with another leading Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.

Salman Khan, despite being 43 years old behaves like a teenager and is still very aggressive. Had it not been due to his bad behaviour that at times goes to the extent of even his companions getting beaten up by him Aishwarya Rai would have been with him and not a Bachchan bahu.

Aishwarya Rai who had dated Salman Khan, her co-star from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, after the filming of that movie was forced to break up due to Salman’s bad behavious. Their breakup a few years later generated a substantial amount of press attention; a police report from Rai's parents turned up alleging that Khan had smashed windows and furniture at their home, and an inebriated Khan subsequently assaulted Rai on the set of a movie she was working on, soon before he was arrested for drunk driving and vehicular homicide.

Salman has faced a number of litigations due to his bad behaviour. On September 28, 2002, Salman was arrested for rash and negligent driving. His car had collided into a bakery in Mumbai; one person who was sleeping on the sidewalk outside the bakery died and three others were injured in the mishap. Charges of culpable homicide were laid against him, but later dropped, and he was found not guilty. However, he will still have to stand trial for a series of lesser charges pertaining to the incident.

On February 17, 2006, Khan was sentenced to one year in prison for hunting an endangered species, the Chinkara. The sentence was stayed by a higher court during appeal. On April 10, 2006, Salman was handed a five year jail term for hunting the endangered Chinkara. He was remanded to Jodhpur jail, and remained there until April 13, when he was granted bail.

On August 24, 2007, the Jodhpur sessions court, upheld the 5 year jail term for Khan in the Chinkara poaching case by turning down his appeal against the 2006 judgement. At the time of the hearing, he was busy with a shooting elsewhere, while his sister attended the proceedings. Day after, he was placed under police arrest in Jodhpur after a Rajasthan court upheld a prison sentence passed upon him for poaching. On August 31, 2007, Khan was released on bail from the Jodhpur Central jail where he has spent six days.
